Welcome to Hidden Meadow RV Park
Re-locating to North Idaho, building a home and need a place to stay? Need a quiet place to settle down and enjoy life away from all the hustle and bustle of the city? Hidden Meadow RV park is a small quite park, just far enough away from the city to enjoy the country, but close enough to have the convenience. We are 20 minutes from Downtown Sandpoint, and 35 minutes from downtown Coeur D’Alene, close to many of the lakes the area has to offer. We are located just 13 miles north of Silverwood theme park.

Park Rules for Your Stay
- Sites are limited to 2 vehicles, including the Motorhome/camper. No Parking on the grass. Additional parking may be available at the discretion of management. Additional fee's of 30.00 per month will be assessed for additional parking.
- Please note: There are no on site restroom/shower facilities, you must have access to these inside your RV/Motorhome.
- There are no tents allowed
- Hidden Meadow RV Park and management are not responsible for any damages and/or loss occurring to personal property due to fire, theft, accident, wind, flood, vandalism, or any act of God.
- I/We agree to indemnify and defend Hidden Meadow RV Park, it's owners and managers against all claims of loss for personal or property injuries.
- Management reserves the right to evict anyone at anytime without notice if they, or their guests or pet(s), in the sole judgment of management, are in violation of these Rules and Regulations.
- In the event that upon notification to vacate the park, the guest is unwilling or unable to do so, the guest agrees to pay, and gives management the right, to remove all vehicles and personal property from the park's property.
- There will be no Soliciting within the park.
- There are no Rent Refunds on the month that is already paid for. You may leave early without charges on unpaid months/days only
- No speeding through the park. It is an immediate cause for eviction. The speed Limit is 5 MPH
- Quite Hours 10pm – 8am
- Grass at the site is a living plant, Please keep all vehicles, propane bottles, artificial turf, carpets, and mats off the grass. Chairs should be removed when not in use from the grass
- Park trash bins are for household waste only. Please tie plastic bags and deposit them in the dumpster placed near the park entrance. Please break down all empty boxes before putting them in the dumpster. Personal outdoor trash cans are not allowed.
- Residents and/or residents guests are not permitted to go beyond the park boundaries. Doing so will be cause for immediate eviction.
- No vehicle washing allowed in the park.
- Wind destroys awnings. Please take them down if you are leaving for any length of time.
- Oil changes, vehicle repairs, and spray paint activity is not allowed in the park.
- Loud car exhaust systems and stereo systems are not allowed.
- Noise levels are to be contained to your own unit.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors at all times.
- Fireworks, open fires, weapons, the display or use of firearms and illegal drugs are prohibited. Fires must be contained to a fire ring, and put out when not attended to. During burn bans, fires are prohibited.
- Drunkenness and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated, and will be cause for immediate eviction.
- Alcoholic beverages are to be contained within your own site.
- Overnight guests are not allowed. Your may have visitors during the hours of 7am-10pm. Exceptions may be made at Managers discretion.
- Household pets are welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash and attended by their owner at all times. No more than 1 pet per site unless otherwise approved by management. All pets to be approved my management before application process is completed. All pets must be appropriately vaccinated. $10 fine for each time there is a failure to pick up after your pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside your Rv/trailer, if pets are caught off leash, owner is subject to immediate eviction or $100.00 Fine, at managers sole discretion. Pet enclosures, fences, and tethers are not allowed. You are solely responsible for cleaning up after your pet(s). Any aggressive animal will be removed from the premises and/or it's owner given notice to move. Hidden Meadow takes no liability for any pets on the premises. Owners take full responsibility and liability.
- No change in sites without checking with Manager first.
- Check in time is 1pm to 8pm. Later check in requires a call to arrange after hours check in. Check out is between the hours of 11am and 12pm.
- Rent is due no later than the first of each month.(or every 30 day's) Rent not paid on time is immediate cause for eviction.
- A security deposit of 200 dollars is required for each site. Upon check out, if the site condition is returned to the condition it was rented in, this will be fully refunded.
- Managers are available between the hours of 11am and 7pm, unless case of emergency.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Hidden Meadow RV Park agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination/Access Restriction
Hidden Meadow RV Park reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Wyoming in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Hidden Meadow RV Park as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Hidden Meadow RV Park's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Hidden Meadow RV Park's right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Hidden Meadow RV Park with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Hidden Meadow RV Park with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Hidden Meadow RV Park with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
